Dranesville, What We Do

The Dranesville District Democratic Committee will be considering for endorsement candidates for Mayor and Councilmember of the Town of Herndon.  Candidates interested in seeking the endorsement must apply using the application posted below and abide by the rules and procedures.  Please review:

Important Dates:

• May 10th: Candidate Application Deadline (5:00pm)
• May 14th: Date by which candidate applications & questionnaires will be distributed to members
• May 17th: Dranesville District Democratic Committee Meeting featuring Candidates for Herndon Mayor & Town Council
• June 14th: Endorsement Meeting, Herndon Middle School (7:30pm) – open to Dranesville District Democratic Committee members
• July 24th: Fairfax County Democratic Committee membership to consider the recommendation of the Dranesville District Democratic Committee
