Kiraly Named FCDC Executive Director
Experienced Campaign Professional Will Manage Organization Through Pivotal Election

FAIRFAX – Jack Kiraly has been named Executive Director of the Fairfax County Democratic Committee. He brings to the position extensive experience in campaign organizing and policy advocacy: Last year, Jack managed the successful campaign for Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano, who won the first primary election for the position in 56 years and defeated a Trump Republican in the November 5th General Election.

Kiraly succeeds Frank Anderson, who was named Chief of Staff to newly elected Braddock District Supervisor James Walkinshaw (D).

FCDC Chair Bryan Graham welcomed Kiraly, saying: “Jack is a dedicated campaign professional who has worked to build up communities, develop robust field operations in and around Northern Virginia, and is dedicated to promoting the issues that matter to Democratic voters.”

Kiraly said: “I am excited to be working with Bryan and the Fairfax Democrats team to keep Fairfax blue. In this important election year, we have an opportunity to flip the White House and Senate, and build the infrastructure to keep the successes going on the local and state level for years to come.”

Originally from Dearborn, Michigan, Jack is a graduate of American University’s School of Public Affairs, with a BA in Political Science and a MA in Public Policy, focusing in environmental and space policy.
