FCDC Fall Semester Intern Program Announcement

The Fairfax County Democratic Committee is looking for Fall semester interns to help the Democratic candidates win in Fairfax County and Virginia. Work in a Democratic office with full time staff assisting with targeting and distributing information, donor research, registering voters, data entry and organizing volunteer support.
In 2009, Fairfax County has already held several special elections and will be an important area in the race for Governor, Lieutenant Governor and numerous State House of Delegates seats. Interns must be prepared to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and will experience the inner workings of campaigns. Assistance obtaining academic credit for eligible students will be provided.

- Political Grassroots Organizing
- Data Entry
- Internet Outreach
- Opposition Research
- Fundraising Logistics
- Office Tasks
- Print Shop Assistance
