The Stop Gun Violence Virginia license plate Bill, HB 287, has been signed into law.
To apply for this license plate, follow these instructions:
You can write letters to your local, state, and national representatives. The Brady Campaign has tips on how to organize your letter effectively here.
To contribute to the victims of the shooting, you can do so through the official donation page here.
You can VOTE THEM OUT. The only way out of this cycle of violence is to elect leaders who actually care about doing something. According to the New York Times, Northern Virginia Republican Congresswoman Barbara Comstock received over $137,000 in support from the NRA, putting her in the top ten! Click here for a list of Democrats running in the June 12 primary for the nomination to take on Comstock in November.
A boycott of companies that partner with the NRA is underway, and it’s working. Many companies have already ended their relationships with the NRA. Learn about it here.
