Who Can Vote Absentee?
Absentee Voting Eligibility Criteria
The DPVA Election Attorneys have opined that if you are going to be or currently planning on working, commuting, and volunteering (or just volunteering) more than 11 hours on Election Day, you can vote early. If you are going to be outside of Fairfax County at any point on Election Day, you can vote absentee.
