Mason District Endorsement Meeting for School Board Special
The Mason District Democratic Committee (MDDC) will be holding its reorganization meeting on Mon., Dec. 7th at 7:30pm. ?Following the reorganization of the MDDC they will hold their first meeting with their new membership. ?At this meeting they will consider candidates for endorsement by the Fairfax County Democratic Committee (FCDC) in the upcoming special election for Mason District School Board Member.
Candidates seeking the endorsement of the FCDC must complete the application for endorsement below, and submit it with a $150 application fee, to FCDC HQ, 2815 Hartland Rd, Suite 110, Falls Church, VA 22043, by Weds., Dec. 2nd at 5pm.? Candidates meeting the application requirements by the deadline will be invited to give opening and closing statements and participate in a Q&A session.? Following this open forum a vote of the MDDC members by secret ballot will be held.? The winner of the balloting will be recommended by the MDDC for endorsement by FCDC.? FCDC voted at its Nov. meeting to accept the MDDC recommendation.
