Voting Info for Braddock Supervisor Special Election

The special election for Braddock District Supervisor is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2009. Only voters registered in the Braddock Supervisor District of Fairfax County are eligible to vote in this special election. Vote at your regular polling place. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you do not know the location of your regular polling place, visit the Where Do I Vote? section of the Virginia State Board of Elections web site.

The final day of voter registration is Tuesday, February 24, 2009 (if you are already registered at your current address, you do not have to register again).

• Weekdays, Tuesday, February 17 through Friday, March 6: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Office is closed February 16 for the George Washington’s Day holiday.)
• Saturday, March 7, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Applications to vote absentee by mail must be received in the Fairfax County Office of Elections no later than 5 p.m on Tuesday, March 3rd. Voted ballots must be received in the Office of Elections by 7 p.m. on Election Day, March 10, in order to be counted.
