2009 FCDC Red to Blue Picnic
Come join the FCDC for a family friendly picnic at Fort Hunt Park, Alexandria, VA 22308, on Sunday July 5th.
To continue President Obama’s legacy of community service, we will be doing a park and river clean up beginning at 10am. For those who participate in the service project, ticket fees will be waived.
The picnic will be from 1pm – 4pm at Shelter B, rain or shine. There will be a cookout with hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, and assorted sides and desserts, as well as lemonade, beer, wine, and soda. There will be supervised children activities, wiffle ball, and several other outdoor activities.
This will be a great opportunity as well to meet many of our Democratic nominees including….
