It?s critically important to get involved now in the Special Election for the 37th Senate District on January 12.? We’ve got a great candidate ? Delegate Dave Marsden?s a strong Fairfax leader who has fought for our priorities: he?s helped stop billions of dollars of cuts to our schools, and he knows protecting the quality of our world class Fairfax schools will help grow the economy, help small businesses create jobs, and help homeowners regain the value of their homes.? We’ve got a good reason: with a one seat majority in the Senate ? and Republican Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling breaking any ties ? the only way we make sure Virginia doesn?t become a one-party-ruled Republican dominated state is by sending Dave Marsden to the state Senate.? These special elections are won or lost on turn-out?? whoever can get their voters motivated and to the polls will win.? And that?s why we need volunteers like you.? We are open 9am ? 9pm on weekdays, 10am ? 7pm on Saturdays, and 11am ? 9pm on Sundays, with phonebanks going continually and large canvasses happening every Saturday at 10a and every Sunday at noon.
