FAIRFAX, VA – Dominic Thompson has been appointed Executive Director for the Fairfax County Democratic Committee. To this role, he brings several years of experience from campaigns and roles within party leadership. In the last campaign cycle, Dominic served as Campaign Manager for the Democratic nominee in the Indiana State Treasurer’s race.

FCDC Chair, Bryan Graham welcomed Thompson’s appointment, stating: “FCDC is excited to welcome Dominic into the role of Executive Director. With his experience in both state-wide campaigns and past party leadership, Dominic will be a strong addition to our team as we work to keep Fairfax County blue and retake the House of Delegates this November.”

Thompson stated: “I am thrilled to work with FCDC to get Democrats elected and keep Fairfax County blue. This cycle, there is important work to be done to ensure that we are getting voters to the polls, building strong coalitions, and delivering election wins for Democrats in Fairfax County.”

Dominic comes to the area from Bloomington, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington with a B.A. in Law and Public Policy.
